Thank you for joining The Babysitting Tribe. We’re excited to learn more about you and guide you through the next stage of the process. Our goal is to ensure you feel supported, informed, and ready to shine. Here’s what you can expect moving forward:
Process Your Background Check
You are almost there.
Your next step is to submit your information to begin your background check. Please choose the option below that matches the services you plan to offer families.
If you will not be providing driving services, select Background Check Only.
If you will be driving children, select Background Check + Driving Record Report.
You will be redirected to SureCheck, our trusted third party provider, to securely enter your information. Once you have completed the process, return to this page to schedule your Discovery Call.
Please note: Your background check must be submitted before booking your Discovery Call. If it has not been processed, your recruiter will need to reschedule.
Schedule a Virtual Interview
You will start by scheduling a Google Meet interview with one of our recruiters. This is a live video conversation, so please plan to join in a quiet space where we can connect face to face. During this interview, we will get to know you, learn about your experience, and talk about the types of babysitting jobs you are hoping to find. We will also prepare you for onboarding and answer any questions you may have.
Complete Onboarding and Vetting
After your interview, you will begin our onboarding process. At this stage, you’ll be asked to upload the documents required to become fully vetted, including your CPR/First Aid certification, vaccination record, few more items depending on the roles you plan on excepting through the platform. You’ll also complete your background check, which is a standard part of the onboarding process. At the same time, our team will begin calling your references to verify your experience so we can place you in the correct experience tier on the platform.
Build Your Babysitting Tribe Profile
Once your documents are approved, your references are confirmed, and your background check is cleared, your recruiter will allow you access to your dashboard by sending you an official welcome. From there, you’ll set up your Babysitting Tribe profile and personal dashboard including adding hourly rate, location preferences, and setting up your availability in the booking calendar. When your profile goes live, you’ll be ready to connect with families and start accepting bookings.
